This coffee has consistent notes of milk chocolate, mild citrus, and nuts. It is prepared in an outstanding mill in Pocos de Caldas. A well-done processing that results in fewer defects and very good size consistency and by not overheating the beans during the removal of the parchment before export to keep the green bean tasting ‘fresh’ longer. This means that the roast will be even, and we have better control to achieve the perfect roast profile and bring out the best Brazil innate flavours to the cup. This coffee consists of lots from South Minas, Matas de Minas and Cerrado.
