Returns or complaints for food products need to be raised as soon as the product is received or within 24 hours of receiving the product/s.The original receipts is required for all returns and exchanges.
Qualifying items presented for return without a receipt may be eligible for merchandise credit or exchange only. All returns without receipt may be limited.
Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Roasting Plant Loyalty Cards are never returnable.
