Aeropress Brew Guide
The AeroPress was created by Stanford University engineering instructor, Alan Adler. Having launched the record-breaking Aerobie flying ring in 1985, his company was well known - but for sports toys as opposed to kitchen equipment. The AeroPress coffee maker is a new kind of coffee press that brews coffee under ideal conditions: proper temperature, total immersion and rapid filtering. This results in amazingly delicious coffee with a wide range of beautiful flavours, but with very low acidity.
