The Capili community is a cooperative of 197 farmers from the Cajamarca region. 8 of these farms are used as "models" for surrounding farms to learn about proper agricultural practices, improve yield, implement water treatment, and proper shading. The cooperative is very committed to sustainability and started a water saving program in 2020. In 2022 they managed to save 93.4% of water compared to when they started. The results of these efforts are in every cup.
